Bottlestoppers

Bottle stoppers are wonderful functional items for your home and for gifts. Also many turners make a good income selling bottlestoppers. Bottle stoppers can be made out of single wood, laminations, segmented, inlaid, carved or otherwise decorated and embellished. The stopper itself can be made of cork, silicon or metal stopper mechanisms.

Bottle stoppers can be used in wine bottles but also in gourmet vinegar, oil and decor jars. So, they are very versatile.

Due to the small size, easy lathe mounting and fast turning time, these are great beginner projects. We hope that you'll try it yourself!
