Coffee Scoop How do you put your coffee grounds into your coffee machine?
Well, a custom made coffee scoop is a wonderful way to start your day! These little wooden scoops are fun to make as the handle spins around the lathe. It's a fun and challenging project, take a peek! | | Turn a 2-piece Coffee Scoop by Ruth Niles | In this photo tutorial, Ruth Niles shows how she turns unique coffee scoops. They are 2 piece turnings, the main scoop body and a handle. The main body can actually be a glue-up to enable you to use multiple woods. When you do this, you can create a really nice contrasting band on the body which could then match the wood used in the handle.
This is a very attractive coffee scoop and one that most coffee makers would enjoy! I hope that you give it a try! |
 | Making a Coffee Scoop by Phil Manzi | Phil Manzi shows his stuff turning this coffee scoop. It's a fun project and one that's great to imagine and then try. The handle spins around like a short propeller so it's a challenging project and one where knowing where your hands are at all times is critical!!
Phil's photo tutorial makes this project simple! |
