Ring Holder

Ring holders are easy projects to make and since many people wear rings, they are always popular items. Ring holders can be turned as spindle or faceplate turnings and can be single or multiple woods.

My wife likes to take her rings off when she does the dishes and I always take my wedding ring off when I turn so it would be nice to have a known place to store our rings during these times. So when I saw the ring holder that Chuck Beland turned, I immediately started thinking about making one too! Chuck's tutorial and excellent photos make this project easy to follow. In fact, I'm now thinking of making several as I'd like to play with the bowl shape and also with the finial styling. I hope that you'll turn this gift for your honey too!
