For those of you that have been following my progress here is an update



The big lidded bowl isn't finished yet, needs oiling etc.
My photography skills like my turning will get better over time.
The plank of wood they are sitting on is about 14inchs square to give you an idea of scale.

Very nice!! I love the inlay in the small box. I've been meaning to try that myself. In addition to wood, I wanted to try putting some stained glass into the recess.

That inlay fits in the recess that I made to mount my faceplate ring so as to get it dead center.
Which is the reason I was so interested in your comment about using double sided tape in one of your other posts.
