My husband an I recently decided to clear a large area of our pistachio orchard to build our new home and would like to know the wood went to a place where it will be made into something beautiful. I realize pistachio wood is a desirable and difficult material to come by. My husband is an artist himself and we both have great respect for the art of woodworking. He is willing to clear the land carefully by hand as long as it is worth his time. We will consider all reasonable offers and personal instructions on desired size and whether you would like green or dry wood. We are not looking to get rich but we are also aware of the value of pistachio wood and the time and work it will take to clear the land by hand rather than large equipment. I really don't want to waste such a beautiful material.
