In this photo tutorial, John Wolf shows us how to prepare a stave of lumber and to cut it with a band saw, scroll saw, coping saw or any other similar tool to form the head of the tulip. Then you can mount the blank and turn the tulip to it's final shape. You too can turn beautiful, wood flowers once you see how easy John makes it for you!
In this YouTube video, Stuart King shows us how to harvest and then use tree limbs as raw stock for making flowers. Stuart uses his skew and will fine cuts he creates the delicate pedals of a flower. He then adds color to brighten them up! This is a wonderful project and would also go well with our dried flower vases (weed pots).
